Rob Keefe, Founder & President
Executive Summary
Rob founded Relitix to bridge a critical gap in the industry: the need for actionable intelligence in an increasingly data-heavy market. His leadership is backed by experience in every sector of residential real estate, including brokerage, development, mortgage banking, and title. A recognized industry authority, Rob served as Chairman of the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, and completed multiple terms as a board member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Rob holds master’s degrees from MIT and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, alongside an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. A nine-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, Rob served as a Navy diver and explosive ordnance disposal technician, bringing military-grade precision to the world of real estate data science.
Jim Lawson, Head of Product

Across both corporate and startup environments, he has consistently focused on designing intelligent systems that connect data, automation, and business strategy to unlock growth, improve decision-making, and modernize how organizations operate.
