Relitix Welcomes Kristopher Coe as Product Manager to Drive Next-Generation AI Products

Lake Geneva, WI – October 30, 2025 – Relitix, a leading provider of AI data-driven decision support for real estate brokerage leaders, today announced the appointment of Kristopher K. Coe as Product Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate operations, brokerage leadership, and product development, Coe brings a rare combination of practical market expertise and forward-thinking innovation to the Relitix team.

Coe has spent his career building and operating companies across the real estate industry, including leadership roles in residential, commercial, and title operations. He holds a dual real estate license in Wisconsin and Colorado. As the former Executive Director and Managing Broker of a Denver-based brokerage, Coe led individual sales exceeding $70 million, blending data-driven strategy with a deep understanding of agent performance and client relationships.

In addition to his brokerage experience, Coe is the co-creator and current Director of Paperclip, a real estate transaction management startup originally developed within Century 21 Affiliated (ranked #65 on the 2025 Mega 1000). His background in product design, operations, and brokerage systems uniquely positions him to expand the Relitix ecosystem and strengthen the company’s AI product roadmap for real estate leaders nationwide.

At Relitix, Coe will manage the strategic direction and launch of next-generation AI products, working alongside Derek Kane, Chief AI Officer, to accelerate the company’s mission of delivering advanced intelligence tools that redefine how brokerages compete and grow.
