Price Range and Geography In A Single Screen
Since its inception Relitix has always been focused on the central question of who sells what where. An agent might close $1M in Sun Prairie in a single deal or 10 vacant lot sales. The pattern and price range are critical to understanding an agent’s sweet spot in the market. Using our new “Price Range and Geography” tab on the Detailed Agent History workbook users can see the price range pattern of an agent’s deals in the length of the horizontal blocks and the location of those closings by the color pattern.
